2. Eligibility for Returns

If you wish to return a product, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable items, including opened or consumed chocolates.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue or reason for the return.
  • Photos of the product (if it arrived damaged or defective).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as outlined in the “How to Request a Return” section.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
